Welcome to Gem Junior! We’re excited to provide you with fun and educational gemstone subscription boxes delivered right to your door. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver exclusively to the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses. We currently do not offer international shipping, but that is coming soon.

Processing Time

Once your subscription order is placed, your first box will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. For subsequent shipments, the processing time will vary based on your subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Your box will be shipped around the same time each month.
  • Quarterly Subscriptions: Boxes will be shipped every three months (four times a year).
  • Yearly Subscriptions: You will receive 12 monthly boxes, shipped around the same time each month.

Shipping Rates

At Gem Junior, we offer free shipping on all subscription plans, regardless of frequency.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days once your box has been processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Order Tracking

Once your Gem Junior box has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment through the link provided.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your box arrives damaged or goes missing during shipping, please contact us at support@gemsociety.org with your subscription details and any relevant information. We will work with our shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your gems.

Changes to Shipping Address

Need to update your shipping address? No problem! Please contact us at support@gemsociety.org before your next box is shipped. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes until the following shipment.
