Refund policy

The Gem Junior Mystery Gem Box is not eligible for returns or refunds. Gifts cards are also not eligible for a return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@gemsociety.org so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As with our standard return policy, the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you will need to provide proof of purchase.
